Teresa Diaz has lived in the Pacific Northwest all of her life. She completed her undergraduate degree in Social Sciences and Psychology from Marylhurst University. She received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fielding Graduate University and the focus of her doctoral internship was neuropsychology and clinical practice at Kaiser Permanente NW. The area of research in Teresa's dissertation was achievement, motivation, schema polarity theory, and sports psychology. Teresa has had experience in neuropsychological assessment, brain injury, psychotherapy, and is a certified Imago relationship therapist.
Teresa maintains membership in the American Psychological Association, Oregon Psychological Association, and Imago International. Teresa lives with her husband, Raymond, a Naturopathic physician and minister, as well as their three dogs and six cats. Teresa is an equestrian who has a 5 year old mare and trains in horsemanship, dressage, and jumping.
